The aim of this site is to share my knowledge and love of Family History and Genealogy with you. My name is Rachel and I've been researching my family history for over 10 years now. In that time, I've gained a huge amount of knowledge about this diverse interest. As a Family History enthusiast, I know just how difficult it can be to get started in this fantastic hobby - you will soon learn how it will take over your life, just as it has done mine!
I have now managed to go back to the c.1500's in a number of my family lines and am still progressing. The image you see above of the children is my grandmother with her siblings - she is the taller of the two girls - this has to be my favorite photo in my collection and I just couldn't help sharing it with you - don't they look cute?
